Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship from Bentonville, Arkansas. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

• Standard Shipping — $6 flat, delivered in 3–5 business days
• Free Shipping — on orders over $75

We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.

To start a return, email orders@synchroscoffee.com with your order number.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If you'd prefer store credit instead of a refund, we'll cover return shipping.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the item, less the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

We'll exchange for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. Email orders@synchroscoffee.com and we'll take care of it.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
